In conjunction with the 25th Anniversary of Visual AIDS’s longstanding Day With(out) Art programming, Visual AIDS worked with filmmaker Tom Kalin (Swoon, Savage Grace) to commission seven artists/collaborators to create new and provocative work about the ongoing HIV/AIDS epidemic, focusing on the issues of today. This original video program titled Alternate Endings features work created by Rhys Ernst, Glen Fogel, Lyle Ashton Harris, Derek Jackson, My Barbarian, Julie Tolentino, and Kalin, himself.
