This most recent Silver Studio Session with the inimitable Nellie McKay was filmed just prior to her performance of love song standards, from her Sister Orchid album, the day after Valentines Day, February 15, 2019. Complete with marching band jacket and cowboy boots, her ensemble matches her wonderfully individualistic songwriting sensibility.

Nellie McKay performs “Adios,” “Quicksilver Girl,” and “House Un-American Blues Activity Dream” at The Warhol in a gallery reminiscent of Andy Warhol’s Silver Factory studio.
